As all of our items are crafted carefully by hand for each order, please understand that we are unable to process returns or exchanges at this time. If your items are damaged during the shipping process, a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible at no additional cost to you. In order to be eligible for replacement, your purchased item must remain in the condition you received it in, and you must notify us of the issue within 5 business days of receiving your order. by filling out the form below.
